RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Generally all sales are final, no refund/exchange is available. However, We do accept return/exchange for items that has encounter following issue:

1. Incorrect items received

  • If you received an incorrect item for your order, please forgive our unintentional negligence, we will resend a correct one for you in the shortest time possible with a compensation voucher.
  • You must send back the item to us. We will send courier service to collect items from you. We will definitely bear the delivery cost.
  • Kindly feedback to our customer service by filling up the feedback form from our website, or email to general@tteengift.com within 3 days after receiving the item.
  • You must include your, Full Name, Contact details, Order Number, Invoice Number, Incorrect Item Photo, and others related information in your feedback email.

2. Product defect 

  • There are possibility of product defective during delivery/handling. You may send back the item to us, or snap some photo to show the defected area, or damaged parcel. We will replace a new one for you in the shortest time possible.
  • Kindly feedback to our customer service by filling up the feedback form from our website, or email to general@tteengift.com within 3 days after receiving the item.
  • You must include your, Full Name, Contact details, Order Number, Invoice Number, Product Defect Photo, and others related information in your feedback email.

3. Un-matching Product with Design 

  • In this situation we will have to investigate the problem causes.
  • Below  un-matching causes is not consent for return:
    • You should know that your monitor display setting may different from us, due to variation of the computer resolution and camera setting, you shall accept tolerance of color differ.
    • You should know that final design is not represent the finishing outlook, when the ink printed on different material base, will result in different effect. You shall accept tolerance of brightness/contrast/color differ.
  • If the un-matching is due to our technical problem, we will return a new item for you with no cost. You must return the un-matching item to us if the product cost amounted greater than RM 50.

  • You must include your, Full Name, Contact details, Order Number, Invoice Number, Un-matching Product Photo, and others related information in your feedback email.

(The “3 days” term means that when we sent the item by courier, we will informed by the shipping agent the approximate receive date. The applicable return/exchange date is count from the receive date that we gave to you. )

Full refund of product is applicable only when the return/exchange items was out of stock .
